Marlin Acres is a small neighborhood of about 75 homes located off of Dresden between Shallowford and Chamblee-Tucker roads.  When my husband and I were looking for a new home in 2007 we were drawn to the great location, the friendliness of the neighbors, and the diversity of residents.  We've enjoyed starting our family here and feel that this is a wonderful community to raise our girls in.
