WHEN: Tuesday, February 26, 2013 | 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Hellenic Community Center at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral | 2500 Clairmont Road, Atlanta

Join us for a Community Open House to learn more about the pipeline construction in the Clairmont area. There will be no formal presentation.

The Eastside Pipeline Project is part of Atlanta Gas Light’s Pipeline Replacement Program (PRP). PRP is a 15-year program that began in 1998 to replace more than 2,800 miles of bare steel and cast-iron natural gas pipeline in Georgia to ensure the continuing safety and reliability of our natural gas system. The Eastside Pipeline will be a new 24-inch coated steel transmission line that replaces a pipeline originally installed in the 1950s. The approximately 28-mile pipeline will connect our Riverdale liquefied natural gas facility in Clayton County to a connection point in our transmission system near the intersection of Buford Highway and Clairmont Road in DeKalb County. Installation of the pipeline began in 2012 and will continue through 2013. Several sections have already been replaced.

We encourage you to attend to learn more about the Eastside Pipeline in your area. Thank you for your interest in Atlanta Gas Light’s system enhancements.
