What is DECA?

Dresden East Civic Association – DECA – is a non-profit civic association created to preserve and enhance our neighborhoods. We are guided in our work by overall community interests dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for residents in the DECA neighborhoods and surrounding areas.

Where is DECA?

DECA is comprised of several communities in Northeast DeKalb County, Georgia. We live in an unincorporated portion of DeKalb County, near the City of Chamblee.

Who is DECA?

Most of our members live in one of several neighborhoods: Appling Heights, Dresden Square, Frontier Woods, LaVenture Forest, Marlin Acres, Tanglewood Circle, Whispering Hills, and Wakefield Forest.
